1. Acceptance of terms

2. Description of the service
alphaai provides AI-driven data analysis and risk oversight tools intended to help professionals monitor and evaluate diversified income streams. The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. Outputs, scores, alerts, or summaries generated by the Service are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. Access and licence

6. Subscription, fees, and payment

Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. alphaai may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice. You grant alphaai a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. alphaai does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any analysis, alert, or output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alphaai and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. alphaai's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to alphaai for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold alphaai harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service or close your account at any time. 15. Governing law

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
